Building steps
Construction of the facility is carried out in several main steps - here you can see pictures of individual phases of construction:
1. Creating project documentation:
We ourselves make complete project documentation to the issuance of building permits.
2. Preparing the ground
When preparing the terrain the most important is a firm, level surface.
3. Foundations plate
Foundations plate can be built with classic or TVD system. First, we put styrofoam, then pipe and fittings and pour all that with concrete.
4. Walls
Wall without bricks and masonry!
Wall elements are made in a factory at Vrbovec city and are transported to location where they are connected.

5. Internal installations
All kinds of internal installations we perform ourselves.
6. Concrete work
After setting up internal installations, we applied concrete by spraying technique.
7. Finishing work
Finishing work includes making roofs, facades, floors, additional insulation, stairs, installation of windows and others.
